AutoGloss provides professional mobile car detailing services in Lahore, including:

  • Complete Car Detailing
  • General Car Service and Maintenance
  • Interior Cleaning and Detailing
  • Deep Exterior Wash
  • Additional specialized services as advertised

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

  • •All bookings must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp
  • •We reserve the right to confirm availability before accepting bookings
  • •Booking times are approximate and may vary based on location and traffic

Cancellation Policy

  • •Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled service
  • •Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • •We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or emergencies

Pricing and Payment

  • •Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • •Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and size
  • •Payment is due upon completion of service
  • •We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards
  • •Promotional discounts are subject to terms and conditions

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information and service address
  • Ensure vehicle is accessible at scheduled time
  • Remove valuable items from the vehicle before service
  • Provide access to water and electricity if needed
  • Inform us of any pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Be present or designate someone to accept the service

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right or provide a refund
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion
  • We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before processing refunds
  • Guarantee does not cover damage caused by customer negligence

Liability and Insurance

  • •We are not liable for pre-existing damage not reported before service
  • •We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle
  • •Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGloss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
